Refunds & Returns
Returns
We hope you are happy with everything in your order, but we know returns happen. For unused items in their original condition, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with the reason for your return. We will issue you a return label and shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

- 4 weeks of the Weekly Reset AND

and it's not the right fit for you, send us an e-mail at hello@rmjournaling.com within 45 days of receiving your journal. Include video or photo proof of the completed sections/entries and we will issue a refund, no questions asked.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receiving returned items in their original condition.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or something's not right, we'll make it right - on our dime. Just send us an email at hello@rmjournaling.com within 7 days with your order number and a quick note or photo of the issue.
