Shipping Policy

We wish we could hand deliver every single order straight to your door, but we'll have to leave that in the hands of the delivery pros! While delays by shipping carriers are out of our control, if there is an issue with your order, we will do our best to help!

Order Processing

PRE-ORDERS are printed within 3-4 weeks and shipped as soon as possible once we receive them. Please allow 4-6 weeks to receive your pre-ordered items and keep an eye on your email for pre-order dates, shipping dates, and processing times for your item! We work hard to ensure we get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Non pre-orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders typically take 2-5 business days to arrive once shipped, depending on the distance traveled. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@rmjournaling.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
