What is disc binding?

We're so glad you asked! Disc binding is truly a premium journal feature that makes your journal beautiful, functional, and customizable.

Beautiful quality: we use metal binding discs that allow for smooth page turns and sturdy binding - and let's be honest, they're so pretty!

Comfortable writing: Discs allow pages to lay flat and fold over to provide a comfortable writing experience. And if the discs still get in your way while writing? Easily pop the page out, complete your entry, and pop it right back in.

Customization: Binding discs make it easy to add or remove pages making it perfect for refills and inserts (coming soon!) so you can make your journal exactly what you want it to be.

What day of the week does the weekly spread start on?

The calendar in the weekly spread begins with Monday.

We know everyone's routine looks different, but this rhythm makes it easy to complete your Weekly Reset on Sunday and step into Monday with a clear focus and a renewed mind.

Can I customize my journal?

When will my journal ship?

Pre-orders for our Gospel-Centered Wellness Journal will ship December 16th or earlier so you will receive it by Christmas!

Why does it take so long for my pre-order to ship?

Pre-orders help cut down on waste! We send orders to our printing partner only after orders are placed. Our printing partners work their magic to craft this one-of-a-kind journal and all of its specialty components with expert care. It takes a little more time (3-4 weeks), but it's worth it - we promise!

What if I don't like my journal?

We truly hope you will LOVE your journal.

But, if you have completed at least:

  • All "Find Your Focus" exercises
  • 4 weeks of the Weekly Reset and
  • 2 Hope for Hard Days topics

and it's not the right fit for you, send us an e-mail at hello@rmjournaling.com within 45 days of receiving your journal. Include video or photo proof of the completed sections/entries and we will issue a refund, no questions asked.  

While not required, we would love to hear what didn't work and any suggestions you might have! We truly want to create products that work, so your feedback is incredibly valuable!
